Julie Tyler is a proficient Project Manager, with extensive experience as a project engineer and
scheduler. In addition to her management skills, she is a USACE Certified Quality Control Manager
and worked in the legal field as a practicing paralegal for over ten years before transitioning to the
utility and construction industry. With her paralegal background, Julie has extensive knowledge in the
